    Re: SO TRUE

    Jodi,

I am so happy I stumbled upon your web site.  I will do anything I can to help.  Right now, I am livid over the mental/emotional abuse of 4 boys.  The abuse hotline was called..investigation done..result..nothing can be done.  No one is listening to the boys.  As a society we tell children to tell a teacher, trusted adult, police when something is not right.  The boys did that and their needs are immediate and not being met.    What a double standard..trust us but ..we wont help you.  That is totally unfair.

Do we have to sit by and wait for one of them to be severly injured before their voice is heard?  When their mother found out they reported her, she told them they were in big trouble.  The boys, by court order visit with mom thurs. nights and every other weekend.  The father has custody and cannot afford an attorney.  The boys are scared to death to return for a visit to moms which is just 5 days away.  Is there any hope of helping these boys?  Who can I call or contact?

I served as Guardian Ad Litem for these boys, but the case has closed.  I remain in contact with them and so want to help.  With the case being closed..I keep hitting brick walls.

Any help you can offer would be a blessing..please do it fast...

    Shirley

    Shirley

Thank you for contacting us!  It is very sad to know that there was an investigation done and NOTHING RESULTED from it to protect these 4 boys from their mom.  I do not know all the details of their case...it is imperative for the Father to contact an attorney.....most attorney's will give free consults for the first appointment.

Unfortunately, this is happening in many cases here in FLORIDA......especially when emotional abuse is involved.

Our personnal case was also closed after an ABUSE HOTLINE call in, and after an investigation was conducted by DCF two in half years prior to our big incident.

    I will email you .......SHIRLEY.........

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA          DCF SUED FOR NEGLECT

DCF MUST PAY NEARLY $27 MILLION FOR CARE OF ABUSED GIRL

A recent ruling on January 10, 2007 from the 4DCA unanimously ruled that there was enough evidence to uphold a 2005  Palm Beach County jury's verdict that the Department of Children & Families failed to protect a child from a vicious beating.

The child was beaten into a coma by her mother's boyfriend in January 2001.  Two weeks prior to the beating staff at Miami hospital alerted DCF about the child's previous injuries.  DCF never completed its investigation.

DCF will decide over the next few weeks if they will appeal this case with the Florida Surpreme Court.

    Re: SO TRUE

FAMILY COURT TRAVESTIES are happening everywhere in the United States.

Childs Cry for Help Inc has taken several calls from mothers over the past few days who are telling their stories about how they lost custody of their children & the judges have awarded SOLE custody to the abusers.

We have heard from mothers in Virginia, Massachusetts, Vermont, Texas, California, Georgia, North Carolina and Florida.

The Family Court System around the US is putting these children at risk.

NANCY GRACE will interview a mom who contacted us from Virginia next week.  (week of January 29,2007)  Please watch CNN.......and hear Tina's story who lost custody of her nine year old daughter.

    Re: SO TRUE

Childs Cry for Help just received another email from a mom who was not able to have any of her witnesses testify ....which resulted in her loosing custody.........of her kids. Custody was awarded to the abuser.

This mom who will remain annonymous ended up going back to the abuser because she lost custody of her kids.

    SHE ALSO WROTE:

People who abuse animals get more prison time than the people who abuse humans, WHY IS THIS?

Re: Child Abuse and the Laws

    Hello,

I accidentally found this site as I desparately try to regain custody of my son.  Josh was sexually abused by his father and was in counseling for 3 1/2  years.  During this time he disclosed information to his counselor who worked for Children's Hospital and later went into private practice.  During pre-trial the GAL conviently "forgot" to bring the Children's Hospital record which contained the disclosure statements (FORGOT 3 DAYS IN A ROW).  My "ex" was ordered to see a psychologist specializing in sexual offenders.  It was his belief that my "ex" DID abuse Josh.  The polygraphist testified that my "ex" completely and totally failed the polygraph.  Both the testimony and deposition were "struck" from the record by the magistrate, because the word "stipulate" was not in a document.  My son refused to visit his father and had to be taken to NetCare Crisis Center.  Josh went back into counseling.  The counselor wrote two letters to the court, to no avail.  I was blamed for the missed visits and Josh was ordered to live with his father.  The magistrate told him, "Well Josh, You'll ust have to live with it." Josh is now isolated from others, unable to use the phone (must ask his father if he can use the cell phone to call-He's too intimidated), he is constantly punched and picked on at his new school (school is totally out of control).  This past Sunday (1-28-07), when I had to take him back, he began screaming and then "blacked" out. I have the same judge that forced the Schottenstein girls to live with their father (wealthy).  I thought this was only a Columbus, Ohio fiasco.

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY!!  I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH BLATANT DISREGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE!!  IT IS ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING! WHAT CAN WE DO? WHO WILL HEAR US AND HELP US?  CAN THE MAGISTRATE AND JUDGE BE DISBARRED?  IT'S A NATIONAL DISGRACE! CAN WE MARCH ON WASHINGTON AND TELL OUR STORIES? PLEASE HELP!

    NEW ORLEANS........

17 YEAR OLD BOY URGED TO KILL BY HIS MOTHER

17 year old boy initially walked away from a routine fight with another with another 17 year old boy,  but then the boy according to police returned with a gun his mother gave him, along with instructions to seek revenge.  Police declined to say why they believe the boy's mother gave her son the gun and told him to kill.

Police found a wall mounted picture of the boy holding a pistol and a wad of cash.......in the mom's homeand a small amount of cocaine.

Re: Child Abuse and the Laws

Well , did you know that Jodi Walsh let the defendant take the children, for the weekend while she went on vacation, a week after the tape recording of the conversation, which is the evidence in the case. She Says she was and still is afraid for what he might do to the children or tell them to do, then why did she go on vacation and leave the children with him a week before having him arrested?

Re: Child Abuse and the Laws

John........in response to your comments about my children and my involvement in allowing their father to see them over the weekend after the tape was very hard for me to allow that to transpire........unfortunately, the FLORIDA court system had ordered an injunction with a visitation schedule and that weekend was Edward Munao's turn.  These concerns for my children were told to the Port St. Lucie Police Department & State Attorney's office, who advised me that they did not want to question the children till they returned from the visit.  They did not want to ask the children any questions prior to their visit to put them in danger.  Detective Shelia Griffith-LeGrega of the PSL police department knew and advised me to allow Muano to see his children.  When one commits a CRIME and a violation of an injunction and does not live in the same county .....the warrant takes time to be issued.......I may add that Edward Munao's warrant came almost four weeks after the incident in Nov. 18, 2003.  Muano was not arrested till December 15, 2003.  After that weekend Munao never saw the kids again!!!!  The PSL POLICE department contacted Munao after they questioned the children one week after the incident..............and at that time when Muano was made aware of the tape ......I was advised of Muano's charges and waited for the arrest to be made.

I was questioned by the defendant's attorney Jerome Stone about this weekend you mentioned and I was complying to the police department and the state attorney's direction in this case.  The dates and our story line is no secret ........if you have any other concerns of my actions please post them I will be happy to respond.....I have nothing to hide.................and will protect my children from this abuse..................children do not need to be used or abused by their parents!!!!

    WATAUGA, TEXAS

    CHILDREN FORCED TO SMOKE MARIJUANA

Two weeks ago two teenage boys 17 & 18 years old were  forcing  two children ages two and  five to smoke pot while the children's mother was sleeping in the next room.   Both the two and five year old were videotaped by a sixteen year old ................all the children involved were related.  The 17 & 18 year old boys will face felony charges.  The mother has had the two children removed from her custody........

This is not the first case like this ................. in MONTANA last year

MOM PROPERLY JAILED FOR LETTING BABY SMOKE DOPE:  (Sept 22, 2006)

A Montana mother in 2004 allowed her 18 month -old baby daughter to inhale from a marijuana water pipe on several occasions was properly convicted, but should not have to spend five years in jail, a U.S. appeals court ruled in Sept. 2006.

The mom, Jessica Durham allegedly remarked that smoking POT improved her daughter's appetite and left her mellow .............

The 9th Circuit Court in Montanta upheld Ms. Durham's conviction for unlawful marijuana distribution but stated ........FEDERAL LAW  ........... calls for punishment of NO more than TWO YEARS IN PRISON so the FIVE year sentence  was lowered to a TWO year sentence............since it exceeded the applicable FEDERAL LAW!!!!!

Should these individuals only be charged with ...............UNLAWFUL MARIJUANA DISTRIBUTION???  Isn't this CHILD ABUSE??????

Re: Child Abuse and the Laws

I am sorry that I am responding so late to this entry....but, you are speaking about priveleged information that only family or friends might know about, and also law enforcement.  But, think hard as to why a mother might let a father have the children over the weekend, even if she feared that something might happen.... If you know this private information, then you also know that the father has custody rights, and that the mother by not allowing the children to go with him for the weekend, might face crimial charges for violating the father's rights.  Talk about being stuck in a pickle, huh?

Always thinking about the children first,

    Susie Bee
